Service delivery: Our team arrives on time, sets up discreetly, and manages the stream. A designated contact person at the venue will be provided for day-of coordination.
Post-service: If you requested a recording, we process and deliver the edited file or raw footage according to the storage option you selected.
Choose a storage option for submissions
When you request recordings or edited files, please choose one of the following storage and delivery options so we can prepare accordingly:
Temporary cloud download (included): Secure download link available for 30 days. Suitable if you need quick access and will download files promptly.
Extended cloud storage (recommended): Secure cloud access for 6 months. Ideal if family members need more time to retrieve files or multiple people will access the recording.
Long-term archive: Secure cloud storage for 3 years. Best for families who want extended access without managing backups.
Physical media (additional fee): USB flash drive or external hard drive shipped to your address. Choose if you prefer a physical copy or have limited internet access.
Transfer to family’s cloud account: We can upload files directly to your Google Drive, Dropbox, or other account if you provide access credentials or a shared folder.
Please indicate your preferred storage option when you contact us. If you’re unsure which to choose, tell us how many viewers will need access and how long you want the recording retained, and we’ll recommend the best solution.
